How to choose an electronic cigarette and how are the device parameters affect its operation? These questions are interesting for every vaping beginner. And very important aspect of such characteristics is the resistance of vape atomizer.
If to avoid technical details, the vape resistance directly affects the amount of vapor. The lower this indicator is, the more vapor will be produced, and the denser it will be. This indicator also affects the taste characteristics: at a low resistance they will be brighter. If so, why not to make all electronic cigarettes with a minimum resistance rate (less than 1 Ohm)?
First, in order the device could work under these conditions, it must be high-power. Secondly, with a rapid warm-up, provided by a low resistance, the e-cig wears out more quickly.
The best option is considered 1.6/1.8 Ohm: vapor is already dense enough, the process of vaping is safer, the device will serve for quite long and won’t overheat.
2 Ohm is the highest possible resistance of the atomizer. In such a case, the vapor won’t be too dense, and the taste is less rich. But there are undoubted advantages:
- e-liquid saving;
- long life of vape;
- no need to change atomizer often;
- vapor is not hot.
Each vaper chooses the particular characteristics depending on the preferences and tastes. After all, the high, low, and even average resistances of e-cig have their own significant advantages that help to overcome minor disadvantages.
